 Smart View provides a great place to stop for an afternoon picnic lunch with numerous picnic tables surrounded by tall shading trees. Also has a public bathroom and a great hiking trail
   

 
   

The above log bridge is part of the hiking trail.
The trail also passes thru a nice Blackberry Patch.

The Overlook is just north of the Picnic area and is accessible from the Smart View Loop Trail just to the right of the sign.
