2 NIGHTS: $125 PER NIGHT FOR ENTIRE UPSTAIRS
Rates include a 5% sales tax based on double occupancy.
There will be a $20 charge per additional person, with a limit of 1 extra person in addition to the original 2 guests. *Sorry, no children allowed due to insurance reasons.

RATES: December 1st-March 31st: 'winter months' no horse riding or Mabry Mill trip.)

Accommodations include:
*An overnight stay with the entire upstairs for your privacy.
*3 rooms…The J.E.B. Stuart Room; The Trails West Room & the huge luxurious bathroom with a whirlpool Jacuzzi tub. (Views of the Blue Ridge from every room!)
*Breakfast from our menu, & coffee & dessert in the evening hours.

*Fishing, horseback riding or a trip to Mabry Mill.
*Live music of your choice, performed by the fire or on the porch for your entertainment.
*A camera of photos taken of you while enjoying your experience here at the J.E.B. Stuart B&B.

displayed in your room when you arrive.

***Also, the gift shop will be open, offering CD's, hand made crafts and quilts.

We are not set up to accommodate more then one couple at a time, therefore we specialize in having our guest enjoy the entire upstairs to themselves. There is only 1 bathroom, so you will be our only guest while you are here & enjoy peace & quiet.

The entire house is a non-smoking environment, but you can smoke on the porch.

No children are permitted because of insurance reasons; (1 child over the age of 12) we may make an exception for, but there will be a 1-child limit.

We have a no pet policy because of our dogs & horses. We have 2 dogs but they stay out of the way of our guests. They are happy, friendly & beautiful German Shepherds.

Check in time is anytime after 3:00pm & check out time is 12:00 noon the following day. You will basically be paying for 21 hours here, allowing the owners 3 hours to prepare for the next guest. If you want to ride horses, or visit Mabry Mill, you need to plan on doing those things on the day of your arrival. If you stay 2 days, you can do both things either day. (Horse riders need to give an approximate time of arrival, so I can have the horses ready to ride.)

A $75.00 deposit must be made by credit card to insure your reservation. We accept Visa & Master Card. If you are unable to keep your reservation, a 7-day cancellation notice must be given, in order to accommodate other guest. You can also reschedule if you cancel 7 days in advance & your payment will be applied to your new date.
There will be a $25 cancellation fee charge if notice is given within 7 days.
No shows will be charged full price.
Your reservation must be made by telephone & payment can be made with your charge card by filling in the information on our B&B website.
